About the Position
4BM Traffic Control and 4BM Construction, LLC are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized professional to fill a dual-role position supporting both companies. This position serves as the Dispatcher for 4BM Traffic Control and the Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator for 4BM Construction.
This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional customer service.
This is not an entry-level position. Only applicants with relevant experience will be considered.
Essential ResponsibilitiesTraffic Control Dispatcher
- Dispatch and schedule traffic control crews for daily operations.
- Coordinate crew assignments, equipment, and jobsite logistics.
- Respond to schedule changes and emergency requests.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, field supervisors, and crews.
- Maintain dispatch logs and daily schedules.
- Assist with permits, traffic control plans, and project documentation.
- Ensure crews receive timely job updates and work assignments.
Construction Receptionist / Administrative Support
- Professionally answer and direct incoming calls.
- Welcome clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Coordinate office communications and scheduling.
- Assist with administrative support for project managers and office staff.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and project documents.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in dispatching, construction administration, office management, or receptionist duties.
- Experience in the construction, utility, traffic control, or civil construction industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dispatching field personnel.
- Familiarity with construction scheduling and project coordination.
- Knowledge of traffic control operations is a plus.
Employment Requirements

- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
