We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Systems installers and Fire Alarm systems installers with advanced understanding of Security Alarms and Fire Alarm Systems. CCTV and Access Control skills are a plus. If you have experience in programming, installing, integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining these systems, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and program Security and Fire Systems for commercial clients.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on various security systems, and Fire systems..
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and provide solutions.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with all codes, standards, industry standards and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, training, and support to clients and other team members.
- Have great communication skills both verbal and written.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure successful installations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Security and Fire Alarm System installation, service, and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of various Security and Fire Alarm platforms. (Honeywell, Silent knight, Firelite, Napco, Ademco Vista panels)
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong understanding of low voltage wiring and electronic security systems and Fire.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with IP-based systems and network configuration.
- Experience in fiber optics a plus.
- Knowledge of NEC Standards.
- Knowledge of NFPA Codes and Standards
