Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times
- Maintain the safety and security of guests at all times
- Maintains a working knowledge of ABC laws and regulations
- Maintains an intimate knowledge of legal identification documents
- Maintain an intimate knowledge of all internal policies and procedures.
- Serves as concierge for all guests (including a working knowledge of happenings, events and interesting places around the area)
- Maintain an intimate knowledge of upcoming in-house events and future music events
- Maintain a working knowledge of menu items, daily specials, events, concerts and all house brews.
- Serve as a liaison between the venue and local law enforcement and SLOFD.
- To confer nightly with the shift leads and present nightly reports
- Reports and documents any incidents that have occurred on a nightly basis
- Make sure that the venue is set up according to specific needs on a nightly basis and opened on time
- Responsible for all closing procedures at the close of the night.

Physical Demands:
- Able to stand & walk for extended periods of time
- Able to bend, twist, squat, kneel and reach repeatedly throughout the shift
- Able to lift, move, push/pull up to 35 pounds regularly, and up to70 pounds occasionally
Able to handle the stress of difficult/intoxicated people and challenging situations
