Stern Therapy is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized therapy services for residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

Develop treatment plans based on resident needs and goals

Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire SLP license required

Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
