Objective:
Support the financial planning and analysis function by assisting with budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, to provide insights that support business decision-making.
Job requirement / qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
· 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
· Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
· Knowledge of data visualization tools and business intelligence software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
· Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:
· Assist in the preparation of annual budget and rolling forecasts.
· Build financial models for different business units and specific projects.
· Perform bookkeeping duties such as general ledger entries and daily account reconciliations.
· Research, track and resolve accounting transactions
· Record business transactions, input vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
· Support the monthly financial reporting process including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
· Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed to support business decisions.
· Develop process improvement initiatives to ensure reporting efficiency.
· Any other duties assigned by its direct Supervisor.
Organizational relationships:
Partners cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to turn financial and operational data into meaningful business insights.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
