About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our landscaping company. This seasonal position is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with 8-hour shifts. Additional hours may be available to cover vacations or other staff absences.
This position begins with in-office training to ensure you're comfortable with our systems, scheduling process, and customer service standards. After successfully completing training, the position transitions to hybrid work.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Schedule landscaping services and manage the daily work calendar
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Coordinate appointments and communicate scheduling updates
- Maintain customer records and perform data entry
- Assist with general office administration
- Support the office team with day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment after training
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (three-day weeks, specific days can be discussed)
- 8-hour shifts
- Additional hours available when covering for other office staff
- Seasonal employment from April through November
Hybrid Work
Following successful completion of in-office training, this position transitions to hybrid work. Employees are expected to have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, professional workspace free from distractions during working hours.
A company laptop and phone will be provided.
