Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated FIRECRACKER to join our vibrant boutique inn to serve as the resident massage therapist, for a luxury property overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This is a dynamic position in that we are looking for that special someone who not only is a skilled therapist but also exhibits true southern hospitality.
As for the hospitality responsibilities, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming, seamless experience for our guests while provided massage services. This dynamic position combines hospitality excellence with hands-on execution. Duties
- We will offer 60 minute and 90 minute massages (no couples massages) as an available amenity at our Inn. These will be offered on designated days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday if needed). Because the guests are a captive audience staying at the Inn, we can usually control the scheduling so the sessions are back to back with no gaps, to make the best use of your time at the Inn.
- Greet guests warmly before their service, consulting with them on a customized massage session that meets their needs, providing exceptional customer service and personalized attention throughout their stay.
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- Coordinate with staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the property.
Skills
- Must hold appropriate massage license in the state of Tennessee.
- Must hold proof of liability insurance and list company as an interested party.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Previous experience working in a luxury accommodation required, demonstrating an understanding of hospitality best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and service excellence
