Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and text
- Guide customers through the vehicle buying process with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and achieve personal sales goals
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed goals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
