Responsibilities

- Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing and formative assessments to inform instruction

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing procedures
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members
- Valid certification or licensure in early childhood education or related fields preferred
