Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (If you work a Saturday, you get a weekday off!)

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional welcome and guide them through the service experience.
- Present and clearly explain digital inspections and recommended services so customers can make informed decisions.
- Coordinate with technicians and the shop to ensure jobs move efficiently and accurately.
- Manage work orders, follow up with customers by phone/text/email, and keep communication clear and timely.
- Build trust and long-term relationships that bring customers back again and again.
- Help resolve customer concerns with honesty and a focus on doing the right thing.
What We’re Looking For
- A people-person who enjoys helping others and building relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities.
- Coachable — willing to learn and follow proven systems and scripts.
- Positive, team-first attitude and a strong sense of integrity.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person.
- Strong verbal communication and basic computer skills (texting, email, digital inspection platforms).

- Confidently explaining inspections and services so customers feel informed and comfortable saying yes.
- Keeping the shop flowing: clear handoffs to technicians, accurate work orders, and timely follow-ups.
- Building repeat business and strong customer loyalty through great service and empathy.
