The General Manager is responsible for implementing the restaurants plan to meet established standard, sales goals, and profitability targets, while also ensuring excellent guest service, preparing high quality food, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role primarily involves staffing, training personnel, and managing restaurant operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
The General Manager should demonstrate the corporate values of Checkers and Rally's, as well as the leadership and technical competencies necessary for success in this position
