Compensation & Benefits
- $30,000 annual base salary (based on a 40-hour work week)
- Attractive unit-based bonus plan
- Average first-year earnings of approximately $50,000

What You'll Do
- Help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle
- Learn Ford vehicles, technology, and product features through our training program
- Guide customers through the purchasing process from initial greeting to vehicle delivery
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Follow up with customer inquiries and maintain communication throughout the sales process
- Deliver a professional, low-pressure buying experience that reflects the Jones Ford reputation
