American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring at least 2 years of Medical Surgical experience, telemetry skills, and an active MA RN license.

Medical-surgical hospital unit setting

Telemetry monitoring required for patient population

Floating to any Med/Surg unit is required

Block scheduling is not available for this assignment

Active MA RN license required and must be in hand prior to consideration

Minimum 2 years of current Medical Surgical nursing experience required

Telemetry experience required

Current certifications required and must be in hand: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS
-
Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required

Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred

Must have a personal vehicle for this assignment

A supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment is required

Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for consideration

Willingness to float to any Med/Surg unit is mandatory for this role

All time-off requests (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application — requests made after an offer is extended may result in a rescinded offer

No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested
