Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Boat Sales & Pro-Shop Professional to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales of boats and marine accessories, manage customer relationships, and promote our pro-shop offerings. Your enthusiasm for boating combined with strong sales skills will help us deliver outstanding experiences to our clients while achieving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers: Greet and interact with customers in a welcoming manner to assess their needs and help them find the perfect boat.
- Drive Sales: Use your knowledge and suggestive selling techniques to recommend the best products, ensuring the customer's needs are met.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Maintain Knowledge: Stay up to date on inventory and product offerings, including special order options.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries generated through online platforms.
- Flexible Schedule: Work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, to best serve customers.
Experience
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the marine industry preferred.
- Passion for Boating: A genuine passion for boats, water, and the marine lifestyle. Ability to tow, launch, and drive boats flawlessly.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ability to build rapport and anticipate customer needs.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience: Previous boat sales experience preferred.
