Duties

- Help with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility or home setting.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in patient environments by adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Assist in critical care situations by following established procedures and protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified nursing assistant program is preferred.
- Knowledge of physiology and basic medical terminology.
- Experience in home care, senior care, or hospital settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical records management systems is a plus.
- Ability to monitor vital signs accurately and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team while demonstrating professionalism at all times.
