Key Responsibilities
- Guide brides through personalized consultations, helping them discover the gown that reflects their vision and style.
- Build genuine, lasting connections while confidently working toward individual and team sales goals.
- Share your expertise by educating brides on designers, silhouettes, fabrics, and accessories.
- Coordinate the client experience by booking, confirming, and managing appointments via phone and email.
- Support the fitting process and collaborate closely with alterations to ensure a seamless journey.
- Maintain a beautifully presented showroom that reflects our elevated brand experience.
- Provide occasional support and travel to our Folsom showroom as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in a consultative, customer-first sales environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in person and across phone and email.
- Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and polished approach.
- Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience in fashion, jewelry, or boutique retail preferred.
