Role :Azure Cloud Engineer – VM Management & Automation
Location : San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
- • Expertise in Azure Cloud, particularly Managed Images, VM creation, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Strong development skills in PowerShell (Azure PowerShell Modules, Az CLI) and Terraform (azurerm provider).
- Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and Bicep for advanced VM automation.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and integration with Azure DevOps workflows.
- Knowledge of Azure Image Builder service for custom VM image creation pipelines.
- Understanding of Azure Policies, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Managed Identities for secure automation.
- Familiarity with scaling VMSS (Virtual Machine Scale Sets) and Auto-scaling configurations.
- Proficient with Git and GitHub for code management and collaboration.
- Strong Windows OS administration and scripting skills.
