The Restoration Technician is responsible for performing restoration and remediation services including water damage, fire/smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and other disaster recovery work. This role involves hands-on field work, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring all restoration projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.

Perform water extraction, structural drying, fire/smoke cleanup, and mold remediation.

Operate and maintain restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums, etc.).

Perform demolition and debris removal when necessary.

Document work performed through photos, moisture readings, and daily job logs.

Assist with content cleaning and pack-out/pack-back of customer belongings.

Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers.

Respond promptly to emergency service calls, including nights and weekends when on rotation.

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order.

High school diploma or GED required.

Prior experience in restoration, construction, janitorial, or related field preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces, etc.).

Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.

Flexibility with work hours - schedules vary depending on project needs. Must be available for on-call rotation and emergency response when needed.
