JOB REQUIREMENTS:
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a large apartment complex.
Must have knowledge in general building repairs and maintenance with a minimum of 3-5 years of actual hands on experience.
Assists with the diagnosing and repair of resident service requests.
Make ready vacant apartments for new residents.
Handles On-Call and snow removal duties on an as-needed basis.
Must own some basic tools for use on the job.
Must have your own transportation.

Attendance is an imperative job function as is working in a team oriented environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Positions requires bending, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and performing installations at awkward angles. Work environment may include loud noises, dust, dirt and minor hazards.
SCHEDULE:
Position is hourly. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Must be on-call five or six nights/weekends out of the month and work two Holidays per year. On-call pay is time and half.
Only fringe benefit is PTO. No Health Insurance and no 401K. Vacation and Sick pay available after one year.
