HL Raymond Properties is a boutique, media-driven real estate brokerage on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, with offices in Bay St. Louis and Gulfport. Our company has been featured on HGTV, and that same media-first approach shapes how we market every listing professional photography, video, and content, backed by established relationships with regional press including Dwell, Gulf Coast Woman, South Mississippi Living, and Shoofly Magazine.
We are a high-volume brokerage. We intentionally keep our team small, so every agent gets real support, strong marketing behind their listings, and direct access to broker leadership not just a desk and a login.
We are currently accepting a limited number of agents for our Gulfport office. This opportunity is open to both licensed, producing agents and newly licensed or career-changing individuals who want structured, hands-on training.

Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and/or sellers in residential/ commercial real estate transactions
- Generate and manage leads, and maintain client relationships throughout the transaction
- Conduct property showings, market analyses, and listing presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing team on listing content, photography, and promotion
- Maintain compliance with Mississippi Real Estate Commission standards and brokerage policy
- Participate in team training and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Active Mississippi real estate license, or actively enrolled in / committed to completing Mississippi pre-licensing coursework
- Ability to work as an independent contractor and manage a self-directed business
- Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone/computer
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to participate in content creation and social media as part of listing marketing
Position Type & Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based; there is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or minimum income. Independent contractor agents set their own schedule and work independently under their contractor agreement with HL Raymond Properties. Specific commission structure and brokerage fees are reviewed during the interview process.
