This is an active, highly physical food service job. You will roll dough, bake pretzels, and manage customer lines during busy mall hours. It fits someone who is comfortable staying on their feet, testing food quality, and working flexible shifts in a retail setting.
Essential Requirements
- Required:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to test food products by taste, color, and smell
- Ability to manage occasional periods of stress with composure
- Ability to occasionally work long hours based on business needs
- Preferred:
- 16 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
On-the-Floor Duties
- Prepare dough, twist, and bake pretzels following exact company recipes.
- Take customer orders and process payments quickly at the front register.
- Keep the food prep areas, ovens, and customer counters clean and secure.
- Monitor product quality and discard items that do not meet standards.
- Handle busy mall rushes calmly while working alongside your shift crew.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic service issues directly.
