We are seeking a passionate and creative Barista who loves coffee, boba tea, and matcha—and is excited about building something from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys experimenting with new drinks, improving systems, and helping shape a growing beverage program.
You will play a key role in developing signature drinks and ensuring consistent quality across all coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, matcha, boba tea, and specialty beverages
- Assist in developing and refining signature drink recipes that pair well with our food menu
- Help create standard recipes, procedures, and systems for beverage consistency
- Train and support team members on drink preparation and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at the beverage station
- Provide friendly, energetic, and efficient customer service
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous barista experience
- Strong knowledge of espresso machines, brewing methods, and coffee fundamentals
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency
