Substitute Teachers Pay Rate; $140.00 PER DAY
General Paraprofessional Pay Rate: $16.00 PER HOUR
Substitute Clerical Pay Rate: $15.25 PER HOUR
Full Time and Part Time positions starting in the fall through the entire school year!
Minimum requirements:
- High School Diploma (Paraprofessionals)
- Bachelors Degree (Substitute Teachers)
- Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with school district staff
- Ability to positively relate to a younger generation of students
- Ability to withstand frequent walking, standing, stooping, and lifting to 25 lbs.; other physical activities may be required
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift materials and supplies, as well as assist in the implementation of an instructional support program with students of varying ages and sizes.
- Has effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to follow oral and written directions and have the ability to establish effective working relationships with District/School staff and students.
- Maintain student and District/School personnel confidentiality.
- Endeavors to understand and respect the values and traditions of the diverse cultures represented in the community and in the classroom.
- Manifests a positive role in District/School and community relations.
- Such additional qualifications to the above as the District/School may find appropriate and acceptable and as agreed upon by Kelly Education.
- Must successfully complete KE special education training (and District/School specific training, if applicable) before starting any special education paraeducator assignments.
