Your Day-to-Day:
- Guide customers through the sales process with a focus on hospitality and consulting—not high-pressure tactics.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives to demonstrate features and benefits.
- Utilize our CRM to follow up with leads and maintain relationships with previous customers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Cadillac and Lincoln product knowledge and technology.
Who You Are:
- A Communicator: You love people. You have retail, bartending, hospitality, or customer service experience (no car experience? That's okay! We train).
- A Self-Starter: You are motivated by setting goals and smashing them to increase your paycheck.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using email, text, and tablet/computer software to manage your day.

- Valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
