Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate sushi apprentice to join our culinary team at District Pour & Provisions. We are a high volume, fast-paced kitchen looking for someone who can keep up! Because you will be communicating with guests at the sushi bar, the ability to speak English is a priority.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
This is a minimum wage hourly plus surcharge percentage position.
Pay: From $15.16 per hour
