As a Line Cook, you aren’t just flipping eggs. You’ll be responsible for the preparation of our signature bagels and stacked breakfast/lunch sandwiches. You’ll ensure every order that slides across the counter looks like a masterpiece and tastes even better.
What You’ll Do
- Handle the Line: All daily kitchen operations, being part of a team that stays fast, friendly, and focused during the morning rush.
- Master the Menu: Prepare high-quality breakfast and lunch items, from classic Bacon Egg and Cheese to our custom "Express" creations.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation. If it’s not perfect, it doesn’t go out.
- Cultivate Culture: Help us build a kitchen environment that is professional, efficient, and—most importantly—fun to work in.
What You Bring to the Table
- Availability to work weekend shifts is a MUST!
- Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen (bonus points if you’ve worked with bagels or deli-style menus).
- Speed: You thrive when the tickets are printing and the line is out the door.
- You're an Early Bird: You love the smell of fresh coffee and bagels at sunrise.
- Precision: You understand that the difference between a good bagel sandwich and a great one is in the details.
