Obtain and verify application information of individuals applying for a loan. Assist with maintaining customer files, and daily paperwork. Comply with all State and Federal regulations as well as Company Policies.
Processes payments and maintains up-to-date customer information in the computer system.
Helps office reach daily and monthly performance goals by consistently offering renewals and selling referrals.
Communicate by phone with delinquent to resolve delinquency. Trace debtors who change residence without notifying creditors to evade payment of bills (skips.)
Maintain individual (balanced) cash drawer> Prepare, proof and make daily bank deposit(s).
Perform training exercises, including taking time to become knowledgeable of the
Training Guide and Operations Manual.
Sort and distribute all incoming mail.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office.

No issues in working beyond 40 hours per week when needed and occasional Saturdays.
Maintain reliable transportation and insurance coverage for use on job. Must also have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
