Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable dump truck driver to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, operates safely and efficiently, and is comfortable handling both material hauling and transporting heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate dump trucks to haul gravel, dirt, and other materials to and from job sites
- Load and unload heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and compactors
- Transport equipment between job sites as needed
- Pick up materials from quarries and deliver to various project locations
- Ensure loads are properly secured and comply with safety regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Work closely with crew members to keep projects running efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications:
- CDL license
- Proven experience operating dump trucks and hauling heavy equipment
- Experience loading and unloading machinery safely
- Strong understanding of load securement and hauling procedures
- Good work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Dependable transportation and strong attendance
