Position Summary:
We are looking for a Temporary Sourcer who thrives on strategic partnership and talent discovery. Working alongside our internal Talent Acquisition team and executive stakeholders, you will be instrumental in shaping our GTM and technical teams. We need someone who knows how to look beyond standard resume searches, uncover passive talent, and thoughtfully match candidates with opportunities that propel their professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Top-of-Funnel Pipeline Management: Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates across multiple active requisitions, calibrating closely with hiring teams to ensure alignment
- Out-of-the-Box Sourcing: Develop creative, unconventional sourcing strategies to uncover hidden talent beyond standard LinkedIn Recruiter searches
- ATS Optimization: Mine and resurface high-potential passive candidates already within our database (Lever)
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to coordinate recruiting workflows, track metrics, and optimize candidate conversion rate
- Market Intelligence: Provide actionable market insights, talent landscape analysis, and recommendations to continuously strengthen our talent pipeline
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the primary first point of contact for the company, crafting compelling outreach that gets candidates excited about our mission, culture, and growth trajectory
Requirements:
- Proven Sourcing Expertise: Intermediate to advanced background in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a demonstrated ability to build strong candidate pipelines
- Startup Agility & Storytelling: Experience scaling early-to-mid stage companies, with a knack for pitching and selling a growing brand
- GTM and Technical Skill Knowledge: Strong track record sourcing for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Tech Support) and foundational technical skill sets (Data Analysis, SQL, Python).
- High-Volume Screening Capability: Proven ability to maintain high outreach momentum and manage a robust phone screening cadence (20+ candidate screens per week)
- R&D Knowledge: Sourcing for specialized Product & Engineering roles is a strong plus
