As an HR Compliance & Workforce Specialist, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities to support our team and maintain compliance across our organization. Your key areas of focus will include:
- Coordinate onboarding for clinical and non-clinical employees.
- Ensure all employment and compliance documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel records.
- Assist with employee status, compensation, and workforce changes.
- Safeguard sensitive employee and organizational information.
- Initiate and track provider credentialing with insurance payers and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor professional licenses, certifications, and renewals.
- Communicate upcoming deadlines and requirements to employees and leadership.
- Ensure clinical employees meet compliance standards.
- Track and coordinate completion of required training and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and assist with audits.
- Review payroll information for accuracy prior to processing.
- Verify employee hours, pay rates, and approved changes.
- Maintain documentation for workforce changes and assist with reporting.
- Assist with employee relations documentation and policy updates.
- Prepare HR reports and support compliance audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of experience, skills, and a proactive mindset to this role. Preferred qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or workforce management.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (Paychex experience preferred).
- Experience with healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and handle confidential information with professionalism.
