Responsibilities

- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with the setup and cleanliness of dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while following all payment procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of service.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and guest relations skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry preferred, especially in fine dining or private club settings.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
