Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) team on a 13-week assignment in Havre, Montana. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS certification (required).
- ACLS certification preferred, if applicable.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay: $2,250.00 - $2,300.00 per week
