We are seeking a results-driven, people-focused Executive Director to lead our West Bend community. This role requires a strong operator who can balance financial performance, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and sales execution.

Lead overall community operations, including clinical, sales, and administrative functions
Drive occupancy growth through active involvement in sales and marketing strategy
Manage P&L performance, including revenue growth and expense control
Ensure state and federal regulatory compliance at all times
Build, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team
Maintain exceptional resident and family satisfaction
Foster a culture aligned with Charter’s mission and core values
Represent the community professionally within the local market and referral networks
Proven success as an Executive Director in Assisted Living or Senior Living
Strong track record of census growth, sales performance, and financial management
Experience managing budgets, staffing models, and operational KPIs
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful experiences
Experience with new community lease-up or turnaround (preferred)
Starting salary: $115,000/year + performance-based bonus
