Route Driver / Route Manager (Commission-Based – Independent Contractor)
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Route Driver / Route Manager to operate and manage an established delivery and sales route. This is a commission-based opportunity where earnings are directly tied to weekly sales performance.
You will be working with guaranteed clients and an established route, allowing you to focus on execution, consistency, inventory management, and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage a designated route safely and efficiently
- Load and unload inventory from the warehouse and delivery locations
- Deliver, restock, and organize products at customer locations
- Generate sales on assigned route stops
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
- Communicate route activity, sales, and inventory updates with management
- Provide professional and reliable customer service
- Follow all safety and transportation guidelines
Requirements
- Must have your own reliable truck capable of pulling a trailer or a box truck
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move inventory regularly
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently on a daily route
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, inventory, or sales is preferred but not required
- Dependable, consistent, and self-motivated
Compensation
- Commission-based pay structure
- Weekly earnings are based on sales performance
- Minimum weekly sales quota is $7,500
- Meeting the $7,500 sales quota results in approximately $800 in weekly earnings (minimum expected payout)
- If you exceed the sales quota, you earn additional commission
- Higher sales = higher weekly income potential
- Earnings are uncapped based on performance
