Now Hiring: Experienced Infant Teacher

Our Shining Stars Childcare Center is looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced Infant Teacher to join our team!

Qualifications
- Previous infant childcare experience is required.
- Experience caring for children ages 12 months to 24 months is preferred.
- Must be patient, nurturing, dependable, and reliable.
- Ability to create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities.
- Must be able to pass all required background checks and meet Georgia Bright from the Start requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving, and responsive care for infants throughout the day.
- Follow daily schedules for meals, naps, diapering, and developmental activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
- Build positive relationships with families and communicate daily about each child's care and development.
- Work closely with the Director and other staff members to provide the highest quality care.
