As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping maintain residential and commercial landscapes while working outdoors in a positive, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with crew leaders to complete daily and weekly lawn care tasks
- Safely use equipment (mowers, weed-eaters, blowers, etc.)
- Perform edging, trimming, pruning, and general landscape upkeep
- Follow a property maintenance plan to ensure quality results
- Clean up job sites and remove debris
- Communicate any issues or plant health concerns to the crew leader
- Maintain equipment and handle tools with care
- Drive company trucks
- Follow company safety policies at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Dependable and able to show up on time every day
- 2 year lawn care/landscaping experience (Preferred)
- Frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
- Knowledge of plants and landscape maintenance
- Energetic, positive attitude and a passion for working in the landscape industry
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting pay: $22–$25 an hour, depending on experience
- 40 hours a week (Monday–Thursday)
- Available Fridays on call
