About the Role:
K.A. Group is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of our scraper equipment business throughout an assigned territory in the United States. The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Sales Director and may be located within, or have prior sales experience in, the assigned territory of AR, TN, NC, LA,MS AL, GA,SC, and FL

Main Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Sales Leadership Team, develop, implement, maintain, and manage strategic plans to maximize brand opportunities within the assigned territory.

Represent the all brands of products with activities that drive increased market share and maximize sales opportunities within area of responsibility.

Maximize end user awareness of our brands and products

Identify new dealership opportunities

Report sales related activities as required by sales leadership team.

Identify and develop brand “champions” within dealer network.

Champions are knowledgeable dealer employees who represent our brands at a high level when interacting with internal and external dealer relationship.

Communicate relevant information to members of sales channel (Distributors, dealers and end users).

Work with our sales team to assure dealer network is aware of applicable programs and their performance related to required activities.

Attend and ensure professional presence at applicable Industry Tradeshow and Product Demonstration Events

Maximize demonstration opportunities for our brands within area of responsibility.

Be easily accessible to the team and our sales channel.

Maintain and report expense details as required.

Perform duties as directed by sales management team and in the best interests of all of our product lines.

Qualifications
Required
-
5+ years sales experience
-
An established network and strong relationships within the assigned territory are highly preferred.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to leverage industry relationships to identify
new opportunities, develop strategic accounts, and accelerate sales growth.

Experience managing a geographic territory

Strong prospecting and new-business-development skills

Excellent customer relationship and communication skills

CRM experience

Willingness to travel 50%+

Valid driver's license and Passport

Ability to reside in or effectively service the assigned territory
Preferred

Manufacturing, construction, industrial, or related industry experience
