We seek 1 person to handle service calls in our office - who will also provide data entry and schedule services for our service tech. We will train the right candidate.
You must:
- Possess great customer service tone and patience, kindness
- Be 100% open and willing to learn our system for handling service
- Understand logistics and organization of how to set a schedule that considers a number of variables...geography, miles, with an understanding of the nature of the task at hand.
- Set the schedule each day for the service tech(s)
- Have an inquisitive nature in as much as you will not be afraid to ask questions until you understand something
This position requires dedication and good organizational skills.
Must be interesting in learning the position and able to retain our basic training.
$17-20/hour to start
