Requirements:
What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

Present and close comprehensive treatment plans
-
Educate patients on procedures and communicate value with confidence
-
Drive case acceptance and office production goals
-
Coordinate financing options (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc.)
-
Support insurance breakdowns (PPO, INN/OON) and billing workflows
-
Assist with AR follow-up and collections
-
Collaborate closely with doctors to ensure a seamless patient experience

You are:

Qualification:
-
2+ years as a Dental Treatment Coordinator (REQUIRED)

Proven track record of case acceptance & closing treatment
-
Strong knowledge of dental procedures & patient education
-
Experience with PPO / In-Network & Out-of-Network insurance
-
Familiar with financing platforms (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc.)
-
Experience with Open Dental (preferred) and Google Suite
