Position Overview
As a Hair Stylist at Regis, you'll create exceptional guest experiences while providing professional hair services in a positive, team-oriented environment. You'll build lasting guest relationships, grow your personal business, and develop your technical skills through ongoing education and support.
What You'll Do
· Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized salon experiences
· Conduct thorough consultations and recommend services based on guest needs and goals
· Clearly communicate service pricing before beginning services
· Build and retain a loyal clientele through outstanding service
· Recommend and sell professional retail products and salon services
· Participate in salon promotions and business-building initiatives
· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
· Follow company policies, safety standards, and state board regulations
· Assist with daily salon operations, inventory, and salon upkeep
· Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities
What You'll Bring
· Current Cosmetology License as required by state regulations
· Passion for the beauty industry and guest satisfaction

Physical Requirements
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, repetitive use of hands and arms while performing services, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and exposure to salon products and chemicals. Stylists must be able to communicate effectively and visually assess hair condition, texture, and color.
