About the position..
The Debt Portfolio Manager will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day oversight of a portfolio of loans or debt instruments by monitoring performance, identifying trends, and assessing overall risk. Responsibilities include analyzing account data, preparing specialized reports, and delivering insights to management to support decisions related to restructuring, collections, and repayment strategies. The role collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure processes remain compliant with company guidelines and applicable financial regulations.

Prepares, reviews, and monitors quarterly debt maturity schedule and highlights any loans that need attention (refinance, rate lock, etc.).

Reviews debt of all entities managed by TCC and makes recommendations for adjustments or re-financing.

Reviews debt of all entities managed by TCC and makes strategic recommendations on 3, 5, 7, and 10 year options.

Prepares loan requests for new projects and refinances as well as comparisons of term sheets for new loans.

Prepares new loan information memo for the Accounting Department to ensure it is consistent to pro-forma and raise inconsistencies as needed.

Handles lender due diligence requests.

Prepares the annual debt budgets for the Property Management Division.

Initiates monthly Property Management Division debt service process.

Reviews monthly mortgage and swap loan statements for completeness and accuracy.

Assists with financing process, including the preparation of loan requests and tracking term sheets.

Assists with the closing process and filing due diligence documents.
- Handles special information requests from lenders on existing debt.

Assists Corporate Counsel with data gathering, analysis, and other factual support.
What we are looking for from you...

Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field

Minimum of 3-6 years of related experience is required

Experience reviewing financial statements and utilizing online financial platforms is required

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs with a strong focus in Excel

Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills
