<Job Overview>
Harmony Hill Nursery is hiring a year-round Yard and Inventory Associate to join our team. A background in the green industry is essential for success in this role. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside ISA Certified Arborists, PA Certified Horticulturists, Registered Consulting Arborists, and professionals with decades of experience in the green industry.
We’re looking for someone who can quickly shift priorities, load materials as needed and seamlessly return to their tasks. This is a self-directed position that requires initiative, strong time management, and the ability to independently identify and complete tasks without constant supervision. The Nursery encourages ongoing professional development, including certifications, coursework, and training opportunities. Select professional development expenses may qualify for reimbursement.
This position comes with a laptop and desk but is focused in the field. You will be expected to join—occasionally—in the full spectrum of field operations. This includes planting, harvesting, pruning, fixing and servicing machines, and small-scale weeding.
