Kumon, the world's largest enrichment education program, seeks an energetic part-time Early Learner assistant for its Clovis-East center. Kumon is an after school enrichment Math and Reading program for children in grades Pre-K to Elementary School. Must be focused, diligent, flexible, and available to work Monday through Thursday.
Must enjoy working with early learner students ages 3 to 7. Looking for someone that has experience working with young students and has good management skills. Must be able to work center class hours 3 to 7 p.m. We will train on site.
Requirements:
- Candidate must enjoy working with children ages 3 to 10 managing 4 students at a time on different subjects and be strong in multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and speak English fluently
- Attention to details, available for working hours, reliable and self motivated
- Quick learner, professional, and willingness to be trained
Responsibilities:
- Grade math and reading worksheets
- Working with young early learning students ages 3 to 10
Job Information:
- Hours Needed: 8 to 16 hours a week depending on the need of the Supervisor.
- Days: 2 to 4 days a week
