As an AT&T Enrollment Representative, you'll meet with customers in-person, introduce them to AT&T's wireless products and services, answer questions, and help them enroll in the plans that best fit their needs. What You'll Do as an AT&T Enrollment Representative
- Meet with customers in person to discuss AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions.
- Help customers compare plans and complete the enrollment process.
- Build positive customer relationships through friendly, professional interactions.
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, pricing, and promotions.
- Accurately process customer information and complete enrollment paperwork.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
- Participate in daily coaching, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment.
- Basic computer skills.
