Job Overview
We need an amazing property manager to join our team. You have to have an excellent attitude at the workplace and be able to solve complex problems with tenants. You'll ensure properties are maintained and performing at the highest level.
This is a salary job with only expected work hours. Some weeks may be more or less than anticipated.
Duties
- Manage the overall operations of the property, including maintenance, safety, and tenant relations
- Supervise maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep
- Manage Delinquency
- Help with leasing.
