Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Light Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on providing essential roadside assistance services to customers in a timely, professional, and safety-focused manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire changes on passenger vehicles
- Provide vehicle lockout assistance
- Jump-start vehicle batteries
- Sell and install replacement batteries
- Inflate (air up) tires as needed
- Deliver fuel to stranded motorists
- Deliver excellent customer service during each interaction
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
- Install wiper blades on vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and carry equipment as required
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

- ability to pass a drug test upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous roadside assistance, towing, or automotive experience
- Experience selling automotive products (batteries, services, etc.)
