We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager for Margene's Bridal in Idaho Falls.
This role combines leadership, sales, customer experience, and daily store operations in a fast-paced bridal environment. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, professional, and confident working with both customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations
- Help lead and motivate the sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer service during bridal appointments
- Assist with scheduling, inventory organization, and merchandising
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Support sales goals and overall store performance
Qualifications:
- Previous retail leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sales and customer service experience
- Saturday availability required
- Bridal or fashion experience is a plus
