Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using proper cleaning techniques and products.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work to maintain the property's exterior and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health standards, paying special attention to high-touch areas.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and polishing to uphold cleanliness and safety.
- Manage custodial supplies inventory and restock cleaning materials as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow safety protocols related to manual handling, sanitation procedures, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines or coordinating team efforts when applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry operations.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management tools or systems is a plus.
- Experience with outdoor maintenance or outdoor work environments is advantageous.
