Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Able to use Clover POS to accurately process orders, payments, and tips.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures put in place by management
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times.
- Team player as to ensure a good working environment
- Able to follow management's opening and closing procedures
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple clients efficiently while maintaining high service
- standards.
- Upsell beverages and promote specials to increase sales opportunities.
- Follow handling protocols and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Clover POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
- Experience in retail math, hospitality operations, or the food industry is beneficial for accurate cash handling and sales tracking.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills during high-volume shifts.
- Prior experience with catering or banquet service enhances your ability to adapt seamlessly to various event types.
