An Inventory Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of inventory, shipping and receiving tasks in the manufacturing facility.
Specific duties of an Inventory Clerk include but not limited to:
Inventory Control:
o Kit Jobs to Floor
o Un-kit Finished Jobs
o Periodic Cycle Counts
o Semi-Annual Inventory Counts
o Manage inventory of non-inventory items, request orders based on reorder points
Shipping:
o Create Pack Slips for outgoing customer orders using ERP System
o Pick and Pack Outgoing Customer Orders
o Schedule Pickups with carrier
o Ensure necessary documentation is included in all shipments
Receiving:
o Receive incoming shipments and route to proper area
o Create Quarantine tags for all incoming materials and place in quarantine area for inspection
o Input Receipt of goods into ERP system
Minimum Qualification:
o High school diploma or equivalent
o Two (2) Years of experience as Inventory Control Clerk or Material Handler
o One (1) Years of experience in a manufacturing facility working under an FDA or ISO quality system
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
o Demonstrate organization skills in working with materials
o Attention to detail when working with many small parts with many unique lot numbers
o Ability to interact with production and management personnel
o Demonstrated ability to prioritize, initiate and drive projects to completion

o Able to follow work instruction with strong attention to details.
o Maintaining the highest quality standard of production and inventory controls.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work overtime as required to complete assignments on a timely basis; must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to read, write and converse in English; have the ability to think logically and be able to lift and carry various items up to 30 pounds.
